Keep Your Firmware Updated
Always use the latest ASIC firmware available for your device. Outdated firmware can cause connectivity issues, reduced hashrate, and rejected shares.
Configure a Failover Pool
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we recommend always configuring a failover pool in your miner. This ensures your miner automatically switches to a backup pool if the primary connection is interrupted, minimizing downtime and lost hashrate.
Extra Nonce Support Required
Your miner must support extra nonce updates. If your miner has an "extra nonce" or "NiceHash mode" option, make sure to enable it. Without this, all submitted shares will be rejected.
